Lego team activate

        Today in E-comm we separated into groups of 4 people and were given a bag of legos. We were told to make the image on the page but only one person could see the image. The leader of project could on time only speech without any hand movement, another was only hand movement, and the other one was with separated directions that had to be put together.

I liked the group that I had in this active even though we did not finish any of the lego pictures. I did not like how I thought the elder was going to slow and was not really confident.

 I learned today in theory that the person who is left out of the project/ not doing anything it might not be there fault because they had might be forced out by the group. Teamwork is a hard thing to accomplish. I learned that the leader has to give a job out to people to make them have something to do. In a industry a boss could see that a group of three people could work just as fast as the group of four people but they would save $100,000 in theory again if they had just three people working for the coming goal. Teamwork is something that can be accomplished depending on the people with in the group.
