How to Make a Spirograph on Adobe Illustrator

To Begin you need to choices a shape. I choice the polygon shape for my example. 


            Then you need to press the tilde key in the top left hand corner of the keyboard. With that press you click the mouses and hold it down. 

Then start to move the mouse in a circular motion. The end result is that a bunch of lines crossing each other to form a cool design. 

If you then click on your art board the blue lines will disappear and give you the end result.

To get a different result you can change the color of the lines, shape, and motion of your mouse.
